What does your working day look like?
I plan, organise and manage all commercial processes in my business area. This means a high level of shared responsibility for the company's success - and for my team. I try to actively involve my colleagues in task planning on a daily basis and motivate them by recognising them.
Why do you like working at FRAGOL?
I really appreciate the way we deal with each other in the company, but also with customers and suppliers - always fair and at eye level. This has a positive effect on the working atmosphere, identification with the company and our reputation in the market.
What was your personal FRAGOL moment of success?
I was in charge of converting our systems to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. It was a lot of work, and there were also a few hurdles and stumbling blocks. But we mastered it brilliantly as a team and further strengthened our team spirit as a result.

What does your working day look like?
I work on an order-related basis and mainly deal with international customers, so I speak and write a lot in English. This has expanded my language skills enormously, which I also benefit from in my private life.
Why do you like working at FRAGOL?
As I work with many different customers, there is always something new happening - so I never get bored. The dialogue within the team is harmonious and friendly, and my suggestions are always listened to.
What was your personal FRAGOL moment of success?
I won't forget my first days at FRAGOL. I'm rather reserved and was also a bit scared. But that quickly subsided because I was so warmly welcomed by my colleagues.

What does your working day look like?
I look after a long-standing major customer with a high order volume. This requires a great sense of responsibility, commitment and sensitivity.
Why do you like working at FRAGOL?
I have been working at FRAGOL for 40 years - and I can say with conviction that it was the right path, the right decision. I am particularly happy that I have always been able to adapt my working hours to my family circumstances. Exemplary!
What was your personal FRAGOL moment of success?
Every day at FRAGOL has new moments of success for me. I have grown with my tasks year after year and today I am grateful for the great trust and appreciation that I enjoy in the company and with the customer.

MAGDALENA SIKORA
Talent promoter with a heart
Career path at FRAGOL
Since 2007 employee in internal sales
Since 2014 customer service for heat transfer fluids and training manager
What does your working day look like?
I prepare quotations and process orders. This also includes complex areas such as raw material procurement and production planning. I am always available as a contact person for our trainees.
Why do you like working at FRAGOL?
The working atmosphere at FRAGOL has a family feel to it. The regular meetings contribute to this, but above all the very relaxed relationship between management and employees. No wonder our staff turnover is so low.
What was your personal FRAGOL moment of success?
Dealing with our trainees is a matter close to my heart - and also makes me a little proud: many of our trainees were among the best in their year and were honoured for this by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Almost all of them were subsequently taken on.
